Shonishin is a gentle, pain-free method of treatment for babies and children based on the principles of Japanese acupuncture, this method does not use needles. Through stroking and light tapping of the body, energy is set in motion which in turn stimulates the body’s own defences. Specific acupuncture points are massaged in order to strengthen or to release blocked energies.
